Last week, I went to a workshop about the different types of teas. As someone who generally drinks a lot of coffee, I wanted to find out more about this other caffeinated beverage. I learned that the US drinks far more iced tea then any other type of tea. We sampled 6 types of tea and the instructor described each in terms of taste and where it was generally served. The instructor was very knowledgeable and went over a lot of information in about 2 hours. I highly recommend this class to anyone who wants to learn more about the subject.
