I highly recommend the MICHAEL KORS black loafer from Nordstrom (shown below) . They are comfortable but also feminine. They also are wide - which is hard to find in a pretty shoe. There are lots of comfort shoes that are flats, but I'm sorry most aren't cute. If I had to wear comfort shoes, sneakers would be a good choice. However, I can't wear sneakers at my job, so these are perfect.
