I'm embarrassed to say I snore but I feel my trial and error might be able to help someone else. Therefore, I will admit it. 😔 Thankfully I only snore when I have a cold; but still if there was a way to fix it I hope to find it.
So the only item that has helped with my snoring has to be the wedge pillow. I got the InteVision Foam Wedge Bed Pillow (26" x 25" x 7.5") with High Quality, Removable Cover from Amazon and it does help slightly. I just wish it wasn't as long or as steep. I get the point it's to keep my head up but if I roll it wakes me up.
The first pillow I got didn't work at all. I really hate the idea of throwing a new pillow away but I also don't want bad sleep. It was a contour pillow and I couldn't sleep at all. It really hurt my neck.
I tried the nose strips and they were no use. They didn't even stay on my nose. Here's the worst part: feeling helpless. I feel really bad and can't do anything about it because I'm not awake. I think the next thing to try is aromatherapy.
Does anyone have any suggestions for a better method?
