My goal for 2018 is to:
1. lose 10 lb
2. be more grateful
Losing 10 lb is easy to know if I'm on track (not easy to do) but I got a trainer and am training for a half marathon. I might not get to 10 but I am being healthy which will help me keep me working towards the goal even if I don't want to think about the pounds.
However, being grateful is hard to know if I'm staying on the path. So I'm doing something I can track. I'm writing down one thing per day that I was grateful for and one thing that I'm looking forward to. Christmas is an amazing reminder of all the family and friends that have my back and is a great day to start this amazing adventure.
