I went into DC last night to see A Girl's Guide to Washington Politics performed by Chicago's comedy troupe The Second City. I enjoyed the show at the Woolly Mammoth Theatre, especially when the performers interacted with the audience.  The five member cast was talented and most of the sketches were fast paced and entertaining. Last year, I saw The Second City perform BARACK STARS: THE WRATH OF RAHM and hope the group returns to DC next year.

Class today so I picked this extremely warm and soft sweater from Banana Republic, a lighter pair of jeans (to contrast the dark sweater) and my Uggs. I love this sweater since it has short sleeves, but still keeps me warm enough outside. Also, I seem to be wearing my Uggs about everyday. I probably should rotate one of my other many pairs of boots into the mix.  I really want to find a pair short military looking boots. What is your go to boot?
