Ten Things to Do When You Have a Cold :(

It's winter and you know what that means.  It's cold and people get colds. They keep you down and are only hopefully for a few days.  Here's a list of ideas to keep you in good cheer.

1. Don't try to get better faster - it doesn't help. (Your cold has a mind of it's own). Let it take it's time and rest.

2. Drink lots of tea.  It taste good, few calories, and it keep you hydrated. I like Chia because it has a small amount of caffeine.

3. Watch lots of tv, Youtube and Pinterest and don't feel any guilt. I like House Hunters right now even though I'm years away from purchasing anything.  It makes me realize what I actually need (not want in a house)

4.  Look forward to booking yourself a facial when you are better (or do a in-home facial) because your skin will be super dry and looking like Rudolph the Red-Nosed Reindeer :( - but not before you are better.

5.  Hey you might lose a few pounds :)  - (looking on the bright-side)

6.  You can't go anywhere, so organize or clean your apartment.

7. Plan your next vacation! (somewhere warm!)

8.   Stay away from other people - finally some me time. ( You still have your smart phone so people can still reach out)

9.  SLEEP!!!!!!! YAY!!!!

10.  Be happy for the time away -  you can go back to normal soon.
